This is the simplest way to start, and doesn’t need the full liver detox tea, though you can use that if you have a source.
Start with ONE big clove garlic, ONE piece of stem ginger (equal in volume) juice of one lemon.
Add 8 fl.oz Organic apple juice (can be bottled) and 8 fl. oz good water
Blend all together, and drink first thing in the morning, on empty stomach.
Follow in about 15 minutes with some ginger tea, and have a few more glasses of this during the day.
Work up gradually to FOUR cloves garlic and an equal volume of ginger.
