A transition dish at winter’s end
Cut a large sweet potato into chunks and steam until tender (about 15 minutes)
Lightly steam broccoli florets (use a large head, or equivalent sprigs pf purple sprouting broccoli.
Mix together in serving bowl.
Make a protein rich dressing with 2 or 3 TBSPS tahini, 2 or more TBSPS soy sauce, about five cloves garlic finely minced, and freshly grated ginger to taste (start with a teaspoonful)
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
