First, get your daily vitamin C at least 5 grams ascorbic acid powder in a big glass of water or juice. Sip throughout the day to keep yourself topped up.
Second, watch Dr Myhill explain how to kill viruses and bacteria with iodine, so they can’t take hold in your nose or lungs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSt8GZ6cOl0
Third, take note that viruses can’t thrive in an alkaline environment. In a report published 4th March 2020, Massachusetts General Hospital suggests using bicarbonate of soda to reduce blood acidity. Also The Royal Free Hospital and School of Medicine in London recommends keeping blood slightly alkaline, between 6.8 and 7.2
A healthy diet using a lot of plant foods and a minimum of acid forming foods ( sugars, grains, high carb foods, excess animal protein) is the long term way to build a sound immune system, and something all of us can do at our own pace. An easy way to help increase alkalinity is to take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in water before each meal. Really simple things. The hardest bit is reducing the sugar, carbs and burgers if you’ve let yourself get the habit. But long term that’s the way to do it ! Stay well.
