Make some plain sunflower seed sauce.
Soak the seeds overnight, Add good quality water, to blend to a soft paste and put some aside to eat fresh with that day’s salad.
Add a little more water (or some rejuvelac, for a fermented version) to the consistency of a thinner, but not runny paste.
Drop spoonsful on the dehydrator sheet, press bits of sundried tomato into the surface and dry til chewy, (still a little damp). These can be eaten that day or the next. Dry the rest until crisp enough to store for the lunch box.
