Mix a tablespoon of good quality turmeric with three or four tablespoons thick coconut milk, Thai Grace is favourite here. Top  up with hot water. If you use sugar, (so not for ketogenic people) add a dash of honey, if not, a couple of drops of Stevia, or vanilla essence. Or try it without. It has its own subtle flavour.

Warming, keeps colds at bay taken regularly, and cures everything else too.
